Heero Yuy- Pilot 01
Heero was supposedly raised by the assasinate of the original Heero Yuy, Odin Lowe. Odin Lowe named Heero Odin Lowe Jr. however, when Dr. J found Heero, and trained him, he gave him the code name of Heero Yuy. Heero is considered "antisocial" and the "perfect soldier." In many ways he also appears super human, and possibly a newtype (an "advanced" human). Not too much is known about Heero, and what is isn't certain. He's a 15 year old Gundam pilot, and pilots the Gundams Wing Gundam, Wing Zero, Epyon, Mercurius, and Heavy Arms (Trowa's Gundam) at times during the series. Although he starts out un-emotional, and almost un-human, his encountering Relena Darlain/ Peacecraft changes him in many ways...

  Duo Maxwell- Pilot 02
Duo was orphaned at a young age, and had to live with the horrible memory of seeing his parents die infront of him. He joined a "gang" of kids who stole in the space colony 02 in order to survive. However, he, along with a few other "rascals", was caught and taken to the Maxwell church, where he was raised. He took the name Maxwell as his last (name). His favorite nun braided his hair everyday. That way, it was easier for him to steal. When a group of soldiers came to the Maxwell church in search of a mobile suit, Duo offered to find it in return for the safety of the church. When he returned with the mobile suit, however, he found the church in ruins, the preist dead, and his favorite nun dieng. The last words she said to him were "." That's how he got the name "shinigami" or "god of death." Duo's definatly the comic relief of the show, and one of the favorite characters. He pilots the gundam Deathscythe and later Heathscythe Hell.

Trowa Barton- Pilot 03
Very very VERY little is known about Trowa Barton's past. However, in Endless Waltz, a little bit more is revealed. Trowa works part-time as a clown at a circus, where he meets a girl by the name of Catherine Bloom, or Cathy Bloom. Cathy sort of takes Trowa in as her adopted brother, and when he looses his memory, she shelters him from the outside world. Trowa is the gundam pilot of Heavy Arms, which sort of explains my joke of the week...He is quiet and DEADLY SERIOUS. When I say deadly serious, I mean he only laughs/smiles ONCE in the entire GW series! His acrobatics often get him out of tough situations.

Quatre Rebarba Winner- Pilot 04
Quatre is heir to the powerful and rich Winner thrown. He has 29 sisters, who were all created in test tubes. They are distributed at different sattalite bases around outerspace. Against his father's wishes, Quatre trains as a Gundam pilot, and goes down to earth, to fight for the independence of the space colonies. He is definatly the most gentle, kind, and peaceful Gundam pilot, I mean, he even apologizes after he kills someone! Quatre is the first to suggest that all the Gundam pilots team up to fight OZ. His "best-friend" is Trowa Barton. He does have a huge "fan-club" ,known as the Maganac Corps, following him almost 24/7, though! He's often referred to as "master Quatre," which always gives me a laugh (no offense to any big fans of the blond kid, I agree he's pretty cool).

Quatre in Endless Waltz (sequal/prequal to GW)
This is my good friend Hal. I took this picture on his birthday. I think he likes to be in pictures.

Chang Wufei- Pilot 05
Before Wufei became a Gundam pilot, he was a scholor in an honored Chinese community, believe it or not! His wife, who had been his arranged wife, was a fighter, and called herself Nataku. She believed she was the re-encarnation of a Chinese savior. However, when Merian was dieing (that was her name), she told Wufei that infact she must not be the re-encarnation of Nataku, but that Wufei himself was. When Wufei was given his Gundam Shenlong, he named it Nataku, in memory of his wife. That explains the close relationship he has with that thing! He also later pilots Atlong, and names it Nataku as well. So Wufei changes from a scholar to a martial arts master and Gundam pilot! He claims to defend the weak, although he is often angry at them. His ego is also pretty large, but very easy to break. I think all of this was caused by the death of his wife, but I'm not sure...
